Shipping policy
Due to the hot seasons we cannot guarantee unmelted butters via transit. We will do everything to reduce the possibility of melted butters but there is no guarantee. However, the butters are still great to use simply allow it to harden up in room temperature and continue to use or place it in the refrigerator for 6 minutes. Due to our butters being whipped, when they melt they may appear half filled. This is not the case as the air pockets no longer exists in their liquid state. Keep away from direct sunlight and windows.
Order Processing Time
Our orders are processed within 1-5 business days. During seasonal time like US Holidays order processing time can take up to 6-8 business days. It does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and US Holidays.
Shipping Time
We are based in the United States. We currently ship in the to both the United Stated and Canada with plans to expand to new countries very soon.
- Orders shipping within the US will arrive within 3-9 business days due to COVID-19.
- Orders shipping internationally to Canada will arrive within 10-14 business days due to COVID-19.
Shipping Cost
- Shipping on order value $75+ before taxes will receive FREE-SHIPPING upon checkout.
- Shipping on order value $74.99 and below before taxes, rates will be calculated before checkout.
- Orders shipping to an address in Canada are offered USPS shipping rates which are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order.
- This can change to better support the brand needs.
Local Pick Up
We currently do not provide pick up however, we are working on it.
